About the Role
As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team. You will:
Welcome customers and support them in finding products that fit their needs
Engage in thoughtful, consultative conversations to understand preferences
Share clear, accurate information about our products
Promote safe, socially responsible consumption
Build your expertise through continuous training and learning
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:
Are inquisitive and eager to learn, adapting positively as the industry evolves
Take a customer-focused approach, actively listen, and communicate with confidence
Enjoy working as part of a supportive, collaborative team
Are committed to social responsibility and public education
Are professional, dependable, and flexible with days, evenings, and weekends
Are 19 years of age or older
Are bilingual in both official languages (required)
Have post-secondary education (asset)
Bring supervisory experience (asset)
What We Offer
$22.38 per hour (inclusive of 4% vacation pay and 4% holiday pay)
Flexible, occasional hours (no minimum guaranteed)
