About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Associate Software Consultant to join our Software Implementation team.
This role will assist Project Managers and Lead Consultants in deploying and configuring
PairSoft software solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of PairSoft software for clients
• Support Project Managers and Lead Consultants in executing implementation plans
• Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure successful software configuration
• Perform system testing and troubleshoot implementation issues
• Provide end-user training and documentation to help clients maximize software capabilities
• Assist in data migration, integration, and system validation activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of implementation processes and client interactions
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience or coursework in software implementation, business applications, or IT support is a plus
• Basic understanding of cloud-based software, databases, or ERP/financial system is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication and client-service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the role
