Job Summary

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Finance preferred but not mandatory).
• Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to deliver exceptional service.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Sales Aptitude: Willingness to learn and promote various banking products and services.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail for handling transactions and customer information.
• Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer applications and the ability to learn banking software quickly.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Experience
• Freshers Welcome: No prior experience is required. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Banking/Customer Service: Any internships or part-time jobs related to banking, finance, or customer service are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Working Hours
• Full-Time: Monday to Friday, + AM to 6 PM (occasional weekend work may be required based on customer demand).
• Flexibility: Some shifts may require early morning or late evening work to accommodate customer banking hours.

• Banking Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking products and services, with the ability to learn quickly.
