We have a rare opportunity for you to join our Dunedin branch in what we call a Rental Operations Agent in a full-time permanent capacity working 40 hours per week.

We work 7-days a week - Monday to Friday 0700-2100, Saturday 0830 - 1700 and Sunday 0830 - 2100. As such you would be scheduled to work on a 6-week rotating roster including weekends each fortnight. This means your 40-hours per week could be scheduled for you to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, fortnightly weekends and public holidays to ensure we cover our customer’s needs.

About the Role

As a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.

What we are looking for:

Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role

Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service

Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
