Key Responsibilities
• Assist the executive team in managing day-to-day operations of the client support platform
• Oversight of key operational functions: accounting, finance, M&A, HR, and legal support
• Serve as primary point of contact for seamless integration and collaboration across departments
• Facilitate high-quality support for agents and clients
Operational Focus
• Budget planning and accounting
• T&E allocations and forecasting
• Approval of department operational expenses and tools
• Supporting revenue projection for finance
New Business Development
• Strategic planning with leadership to develop new business lines
• Expansion into non-traditional areas
Creator Insights
• Utilize first-party and public data to inform agent and manager decisions
Financial Management
• Liaise with Accounting to manage accounts payable and receivable
International Expansion
• Ensure consistency across operational platform, agent support, employee processes, and talent platform services
Administrative Support
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, or operations)
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in operations, finance, and process management
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and budgeting/forecasting SaaS tools
• Well-developed communication, creative thinking, and writing skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Salary Estimate
$120,000 - $180,000 per year
