Job Description
1. Achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets
2. Compliance towards brand standards, corporate guidelines and standard operating procedures as defined by the organization
3. Achieve targeted scores for guest satisfaction and employee satisfaction for the assigned area within the department
4. Assist in staffing and recruitment for the assigned area within Food and Beverage department
5. Responsible for generating incremental revenues through up selling, promotions and other techniques
6. Interact with guests and handle guest complaints
7. He/she is involved in imparting On the Job training in the assigned areas of the department
8. Ensure adherence to policies & guidelines in the assigned area
+. Maintain company hygiene standards in the front & back areas
10. Establish a working relationship with Outlet team and other backend departments.
Required Qualifications: - Should be min Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience (Years) – 5-8 Years
Nature of Experience – Preferable from Retail / Hospitality industry (pref. to be given to candidates from Hotels
