Salary: Up to 35K per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who has experience in government tendering and client coordination. The candidate must have prior experience in calling and connecting with government sector clients. Experience in the building materials industry will be preferred.
This role includes first-level calling and client communication, so strong calling and communication skills are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle government tender-related coordination and follow-ups
Connect with government sector clients for business opportunities
Make first-level calls to generate and verify leads
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding tender requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and tender submission
Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and updates
Requirements:
Experience in government tendering is mandatory
Prior experience in calling / tele-calling roles
Experience in the government sector client handling
Candidates from the building materials industry will be preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of tender documentation and process
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
