Job Description
Have to meet ENT doctors & promote our services & generate sales
Scheduling and arranging appointments with doctors, hospital medical teams, and other healthcare professionals, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling to promote company products.
Executing the companys business strategy and contributing in strategy making by 360-degree feedback.
Attending and organizing sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and CME, etc
Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
Must Have Excellent Communication Skills
Should be comfortable with travelling.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Customer Interaction and Support
• Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing Information: Assisting customers by providing accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
• Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure prompt and effective solutions.

• Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling during customer interactions and communicating these opportunities to the sales team.
• Order Processing and Tracking
• Order Management: Assisting in processing customer orders, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Order Updates: Keeping customers informed about the status of their orders, including any delays or changes.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Report Preparation: Preparing regular reports on customer interactions, issues resolved, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Ensuring all customer interactions are properly documented, including details of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
• Coordination with Internal Teams
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams such as production, quality control, and logistics to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Escalating Issues: Escalating complex customer issues to senior management or relevant departments when necessary.
