SaveEat, India's First Food Saving App.
Eateries dump delicious food every day and struggle to find a solution to sell their food before the shelf life runs out. Whereas, the majority of the people in India are price-conscious and are continuously searching for discounts and deals. We have created SaveEat, to tackle this problem, making it easier to buy and sell surplus food at hefty discounts saving the environment.
We have 1100+ outlets live on our current Android Native App and a download base of 35K+ users. We will soon be launching our iOS app shortly. We are a team of 28 working from a picturesque office in Goregaon, Mumbai.
Job description
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Team who has Intermediate to advance knowledge, for our startup and who would like be part of an amazing team and take part in the startup's growth!
Requirements:
Open to interns and freshers
Candidates preferable from near by Andheri East location.
Responsibilities:
Resolve real-time order-related issues for customers and restaurants
Update payout sheets daily for weekly payments
Document order-related issues with CRT member names
Gather customer suggestions and feedback
Strengthen customer relationships in line with KPIs
Provide performance feedback and address team issues for CRT
Report to Operations Head and CEO
Ensure associates use effective methods and tools for onboarding new eateries
Facilitate proper knowledge transfer for new team members
Provide necessary tools for associates to perform their responsibilities
Maintain reports based on company-defined KPIs
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
