Location: Andheri East

Working time-10:30 to 7:30
Rotational off from Monday to Wednesday
Friday to Sunday – mandatory to be in office

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client interactions and support builders across our platform. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills and will work to ensure that buyers have a seamless experience when exploring their housing options. This is a client-facing role requiring a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Builder Engagement:
• Serve as the main point of contact for builders, maintaining relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring smooth onboarding to the platform.
• Telecommunications Expertise:
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally, managing client interactions via phone, email, and chat.
• Client Interaction:
• Provide excellent customer service to home buyers, answering queries, assisting with appointment bookings, and facilitating site visits directly with builders.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, builder relationships, and property details to ensure up-to-date information is available on the platform.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Background in telecommunications and/or real estate is preferred.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
