Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive at Sun Infraa Trends Pvt, Ltd located in Chennai. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, resolving customer complaints, managing customer accounts, conducting surveys to gather and analyze customer feedback, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Any UG Degree, MBA Preferred.
• Minimum 4 to 10 Yrs experience must.
• Maximum Salary up to 25K only.
• Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication, and Client Relations skills.
• Must have Customer Co-Ordination and Client handling Skills.
• Marketing Presentation and Product Presentation Skills.
• Lead Generation, Lead Follow-up & Lead Conversion Skills.
• Experience in the Customer Cold-Calls.
• Experience to Increase the Customer's Direct walk-in's.
• Experience in maintaining customer records and databases.
• Must be having the Ms-Office tools skills (Excel, Word, PPT).
