Role: French Customer Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, in French.
· Provide accurate information about our products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
· Assist customers in navigating our website, assist customers, and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.
· Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause, offering appropriate solutions, and following through to ensure complete resolution.
· Collaborate with other team members, departments, and supervisors to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes.
