About the role

The City is excited to announce that we have multiple opportunities available within the Customer Resolution team, including a Traineeship, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions. Join us at our brand new Yarrila Place office space and contribute to serving the Coffs Coast community!

The Customer Resolution Officer role involves delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with various City departments, and maintaining accurate information. The ideal candidate should excel in problem-solving, be dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive team environment, possess a keen eye for detail, and be committed to upholding corporate values.

Trainee Customer Resolution Officer:

The successful candidate will possess a willingness to undertake and successfully complete a Certificate IV Business Administration through a combination of on-the-job and off-the-job training.
Minimum Completion of Year 12 Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
Proven interest in developing a career in Customer Service.
Between $687.10 and $803.30 per week (depending on age) + 11.5% superannuation.
Temporary two-year Full-Time position 35 hours per week.
Support throughout your studies and reimbursements for learning materials and textbooks.
Ongoing training and development throughout your qualification.
Permanent Full-Time Customer Resolution Officer:

Certificate lV in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification) or relevant experience.
Strong understanding of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer feedback.
Strong Microsoft Office software skills.
Starting salary from $70,033.08 + 11.5% superannuation.
Permanent Full-Time position 35 hours per week.
Temporary Part-Time Customer Resolution Officer:

Certificate lV in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification) or relevant experience.
Strong understanding of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer feedback.
Strong Microsoft Office software skills.
$38.48p/h + 11.5% superannuation.
Temporary Part-Time position for up to 12 months; minimum of 10 hours per week between Monday and Friday with the opportunity to work up to 35 hours per week.
