Using tools like Bik.ai, Contlo, WATI, and AI Sensy, you'll develop data-driven campaigns to enhance customer experience and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute retention strategies across multiple channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Web Push, RCM).
• Use customer data to segment, personalize, and optimize retention campaigns.
• Foster community engagement by creating value-based content.
• Optimize retention budgets and focus on achieving high ROI.
• Track performance and continually improve strategies based on data insights.
• Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in customer retention or CRM.
• Proficiency in using retention tools like Bik.ai, Contlo, WATI, AI Sensy.
• Strong analytical skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities.
