We are expanding our team in Jaipur and are looking for a skilled Customer Sales Expert to handle incoming leads and platform-based sales.
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Customer Sales Expert to join our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound sales inquiries and generating clients through third-party platforms for our digital marketing and IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert inbound calls, messages, and inquiries into sales.
Actively gather and convert leads from third-party platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Justdial, IndiaMart, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Pitch IT and digital marketing services to potential clients based on their business needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and effective communication.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain proper documentation of leads, conversions, and feedback in the CRM.
Requirements:
1–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
Strong communication and sales skills in both English and Hindi.
Must have hands-on experience generating clients from platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Familiarity with freelancing sites such as Upwork and Freelancer is a plus.
Professional, self-driven, and result-focused personality.
Must be willing to work from our office in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (U.S. shift preferred).
