We’re hiring a Sales Desk Rep who can work directly with concrete professionals and contractors, helping them choose the right tools, equipment, and supplies for the job at hand. You’ll be part of the team that keeps projects moving by offering quick answers, accurate orders, and solid advice—so our customers can get in, get what they need, and get back to work.

What You’ll Do

This role is all about being a partner to the customer—understanding their work, asking the right questions, and recommending the best-fit solution from our full range of products.

Your day might include:

Helping a contractor figure out the right sealer, finish, or rental equipment for a pour happening that afternoon.
Looking up a customer’s previous orders to make sure they get the right blades, trowel pans, or patching products again.
Talking a DIYer through what they’ll need for a small patio or slab job—without selling them more than they need.
Suggesting a faster or better product the customer didn’t know we carried, based on what they’re trying to accomplish.
Creating accurate quotes and processing orders quickly so they’re ready when the crew arrives to pick up.
Following up on rentals, customer requests, or stocking issues to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For

You understand what matters to people working in construction: speed, accuracy, honesty, and getting it done right the first time.
You’re a good listener who can connect the dots between what a customer is saying and what they really need.
You ask smart questions, think on your feet, and enjoy helping people solve problems on the fly.
You’re dependable, detail-focused, and take pride in making sure orders and information are accurate.
You’re curious about products, equipment, and how things work—and you like learning by doing.
You’re team-first, and don’t mind pitching in wherever needed to keep things moving.
What You Bring

We’re not stuck on one kind of background. Experience in any of the following would be an asset:

Concrete finishing or general construction
Working with trades customers in a retail or supply counter setting
Knowledge of tools, rentals, or construction materials (especially concrete-related)
Sales experience in an environment where practical knowledge makes the difference
Comfort working with different kinds of customers

Additional Details

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday scheduling, available between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No weekend work
Quarterly sales bonuses
Benefits available after +0 days
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Steel-toed footwear required
Company is closed between Christmas and New Year’s (time off for all staff)
