Customer Service Executive (Front Counter)
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers warmly
Take orders (counter / POS / takeaway / delivery apps)
Suggest menu items & upsell combos
Handle billing, cash, UPI, and digital payments
Serve food quickly & maintain order accuracy
Address customer queries or complaints politely
Maintain cleanliness at the counter & dining area
Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi/Assamese language)
Friendly, polite, and energetic personality
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Basic math for billing
