We’re looking for a Customer Service & Client Experience Coordinator who thrives on delivering exceptional service.
This role is focused on:
Managing client communication
Supporting enquiries
Ensuring smooth and professional interactions
Creating a seamless experience from first contact to booking
You will be the warm, organised and reliable point of contact representing our brand.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Client Communication
Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email
Answering client questions clearly and professionally
Providing accurate information about services and processes
Client Journey Management
Supporting clients through the early stages of their enquiry
Preparing proposals and documentation
Maintaining accurate CRM records
Coordinating internal handovers to the operations team
Service Excellence
Ensuring every client interaction reflects our premium brand
Managing timelines and follow-ups
Supporting the team during busy periods
