Job description
We are seeking professional and customer-focused Appointment Schedulers to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls and leads, engaging customers in meaningful conversations, and accurately scheduling appointments for the sales team. Appointment Schedulers play a critical role in creating strong first impressions and setting the foundation for a successful customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Intake & Engagement
• Handle inbound calls, web leads, and referrals promptly and professionally.
• Engage customers through active listening and thoughtful questioning to understand their needs, concerns, and timelines.
• Build rapport and trust while maintaining a friendly, confident, and professional tone.
• Provide clear information about the next steps, including inspections, sales visits, and timelines.
Appointment Scheduling
• Accurately schedule appointments based on sales team availability and service areas.
• Collect and verify all required customer and property information prior to scheduling.
• Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed.
• Minimize cancellations and no-shows by setting clear expectations and confirming details.
System Accuracy & Documentation
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Follow documentation standards and intake scripts to ensure consistency and quality.
• Update notes, appointment outcomes, and customer details in real time.
Team Collaboration & Performance
• Work closely with the Appointment Scheduling Supervisor and team members.
• Participate in call reviews, coaching sessions, and training.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics related to response time, booking rate, and call quality.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer experience standards.
Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, appointment setting, or a similar customer-facing role (home services experience preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers confidently and professionally.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and scheduling software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
The Opportunity
Responsible for preparing the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis processors.
You will report to the Assistant Center Manager.
The Role
• Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and the pheresis process, responds to specific alarms or signals that may occur during the process.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain alertness and awareness to any reaction donor may have during or after the pheresis process and notifies appropriate staff.
• Use Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to record incidents that occur during the pheresis process, such as machine alerts and alarms, volume variances and donor adverse events.
• Use PDA to link equipment and soft goods used in the pheresis process to the appropriate donor.
• Alerts Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
• Ensure the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
