We are hiring Customer Service Executives for Shaadi.com’s premium VIP Service team. The role involves handling high-value members, resolving queries, assisting with profile management, ensuring smooth matchmaking support, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to understand customer needs professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls for VIP members
Resolve queries related to profiles, match recommendations, and membership usage
Deliver personalized assistance and maintain service quality
Ensure quick follow-ups and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member issues
Requirements:
Excellent English & Hindi communication
Experience in Customer Service / Tele-calling preferred (1 Year)
Customer-centric approach with patience & professionalism
Ability to work in a structured 7 AM – 4 PM shift
