Responsibilities
• Manage large amounts of inbound/Outbound calls and resolve any customer query in a timely manner through proper escalation channels
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to educate and pitch the right products as and when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve domain knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Sell the Product while on call or chats.
• Have good knowledge about Financial Products like, Loans, Insurance, Investments
Requirements
• 0 to 2 years
• Education: BCom/ BBA
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Track record of over-achieving the targets
• Strong personal and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Hands on experience in inbound customer service
• Hands on experience in working on chat bot
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Should be proficient in English/ Hindi/ Telugu/ Tamil/ Kannada
Other Skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
• Ability to multi-task and sustain in a high-pressure startup environment
