Role: Customer Service Executive (Outbound Voice) (60 numbers)
• Job Type: Full time
• Job location: Pune
• Experience: 6 months to 12 months (Experience in selling financial products is preferable)
• Qualification: Any Basic Graduation / 12th Pass / Diploma
• Key skills: Good Communication Skills, Basic knowledge of computer
• We Offer Best Salary/Incentive Structure in the industry Salary (CTC) : Rs. 12000 per month, Max Salary (CTC) : Rs. 15000 per month
• Shift Timings – General Shift (9:00 am to 06:00 pm)
• Languages Known – English/Hindi/Marathi
If candidate knows regional languages like Telugu and Tamil it will be an additional advantage Interview Timing – Monday to Saturday between 09.30 am to 06.00 pm Venue: Altruist Customer Management India Private Limited (Erstwhile Vertex Customer Management India Pvt. Ltd.) We are also looking for 2 HR Recruiters and 1 HR AM. Min 1 year of relevant experience in Recruitment Skill Required
• Driving day to day interview process.
• Be quick and focused in batch deliveries.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in using MS Excel.
• Graduation required (Any field)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Reviewing resumes and applications
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
• Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
• Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing
• Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
