Job Description: -
· Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers & users.
· Responsible for effectively handling the existing customer enquiries and developing new business.
· Responsible for calling to the existing customers.
· Must be proficient in handling customer issues.
· Must have a customer centric approach.
· Responsible for generating sales and initiating AMC/CMC.
· Liaison & communicate with existing customers regarding the service issue or any other concern related to the product.
· Proficient in handling customer queries and concerns.
· Helped customers in clearing their queries through call and email.
· Conversation with customers regarding any issue or concern.
· Provide feedback to the Team Leader.
Skillsets Required: -
· Eye for detail to understand customer query and to pitch new products as per his needs.
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
