Details: Infrastructure Canberra (iCBR) is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Intake and Works Allocation Supervisor to join our Intake and Security team. In this role, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our customer contact centre, providing a professional first point of contact for property maintenance and accommodation services across ACT Government sites. You will supervise a small team, allocate work orders, support building access and security processes, and contribute to a positive, high‑performing service culture. Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Qualification/s in administration or customer service are desirable.
