In this role you will be responsible for the following:
As our Customer Service Manager, you’ll lead our teams, ensuring every customer leaves with a great last impression.
Plan, lead and ensure operational excellence for Stores.
Ensuring standards and daily tasks are achieved with having an eye for the detail. Able to notice the little things that most people don’t whilst working in a timely manner.
Effectively plan, monitor and prioritise tasks throughout the day.
To develop the needs of team members including robust training, creating development from within the team.
Effectively resolve all customer related enquiries and complaints when able to and escalate issues to management when required.
