• Inbound / Outbound interaction with clients
• Skilling on all voice and back office queues as per requirement.
• Good computer navigational skills and familiar with MS office
• Understand customer queries / request and act accordingly.
• Update knowledge of process on regular basis.

Eligibility criteria
• Should be flexible working in 24*7 shifts
• 5 days working with any 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Work from office
• Should be within transport boundary.
• Prior customer service experience will be added advantage.
• Job location: Powai
• Graduates & Undergraduates can apply. (Not eligible- MBA/PG/BE/BTech /MCA/BSc IT, Certified professional lawyer, CAs)
• Fresher’s eligible
• Good typing speed.
• Should have good customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English
