About the role
Based at our Onehunga Auckland site, the Customer Service Officer is a vital support role for the concrete business, taking timely orders from customers and ensuring accurate order data entry into the Command system whilst providing excellent customer service. Achieve truck delivery of agreed orders whilst maximizing load sizes. Maintain a close relationship with dispatch employees to ensure fleet planning to deliver the scheduled demand.
As an important member of the team, key responsibilities include:
Efficient and effective communication with customers
Constant liaison with the dispatching team to ensure customer delivery requirements are met until jobs are complete
Overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices.
About you
You have a strong customer service focus
Have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
Confident operating a computer with experience in MS Office or Google docs, full training will be provided on additional software used in the role
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, health & environmental responsibilities
Exposure to concrete operations would be an added bonus
Additionally, you must hold full NZ work rights with no restrictions on hours worked or duration of employment.
