Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer support? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Med Device Customer Service team, where you will play a crucial role in managing device-related orders and backend processing. This position demands strong analytical skills, the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, and the attention to detail needed for time-sensitive tasks. You will be the key liaison for problem-solving, research, and resolution, serving both our customers and internal partners.
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional and timely support to our customers as a representative of Cardinal Health at Home.
• Manage inbound calls including order placements, product inquiries, delivery questions, returns, and order status updates.
• Support medical device workflows with keen judgment, accuracy, and attentiveness to time-sensitive tasks.
• Perform routine backend tasks, such as updating trackers, processing orders, and maintaining essential documentation.
• Utilize Excel proficiently to filter, update, and manage data efficiently as part of your daily responsibilities.
• Navigate a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks accurately and professionally.
• Ensure precision across manual processes and strictly adhere to established procedures.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure consistent and smooth workflows.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma preferred.
• 2-4 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, exporting, basic formulas).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven role strongly preferred.
• Ability to accurately manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.

Anticipated Hourly Range: $15.70 - $22.50 per hour
