Description du poste

Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein, en présentiel, basé à Montréal (QC). Le ou la représentant(e) du service à la clientèle sera responsable d’interagir avec les clients afin de répondre à leurs questions, résoudre leurs préoccupations et assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction. Les tâches quotidiennes comprennent la gestion des communications par téléphone, courriel et en personne, la fourniture d’informations sur les produits, le traitement des commandes et des retours, ainsi que la tenue de dossiers précis des interactions avec les clients.

Qualifications

Excellente maîtrise du service à la clientèle, du soutien client et du maintien de normes élevées de satisfaction client
Solide expertise en création d’une expérience client exceptionnelle
Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, de communication et de résolution de problèmes
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, à résoudre des problèmes efficacement et à demeurer professionnel(le)
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requise
Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle ou dans un rôle similaire (un atout)
Connaissance du secteur du commerce de détail ou des marques de mode (un atout)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Montreal, QC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing product information, processing orders and returns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining high standards for Customer Satisfaction
Strong expertise in ensuring exceptional Customer Experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks, resolve issues effectively, and maintain professionalism
Fluency in French and English is required
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an asset
Familiarity with retail or fashion brands is a plus
