About the Internship:
We at The Good Place are launching a chain of luxury gifting mini-stores in malls across Delhi/NCR. The first of these starts at the Select City Walk complex (DLF Avenue) on the 10th of April.
We are looking for someone to be the face of the company at the kiosk. They will own and manage the operations and sales from 10 am to 4 pm daily. One day a week will be off (likely on Thursday), and one day a week will be a full day from 10 am to 10 pm (likely on Tuesday).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead the kiosk operations and sales end to end, including inventory, invoicing, and customer delight
2. Keep a pulse of what customers seek and convey back to the company to shape future collections
3. Organize influencer activities at the kiosk
4. Convey each piece's value proposition/uniqueness to customers and close sales
5. Manage inventory and POS system to generate reports and invoices
Qualifications:
1. Excellent skills in spoken English
2. Ability to understand customer needs and offer the best solutions to ensure delight
