Role: Customer Service Executive - US Process
Location: Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad
Shift: 8:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
Salary: 23K CTC to 30K CTC
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Handle outbound calls for the US process to meet medical compensation targets.
- Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive, high-quality experience.
Performance Delivery:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Consistently achieve KPIs and SLAs.
Process Adherence:
- Follow established scripts and protocols for smooth client interactions.
- Stay updated on process changes.
Quality Assurance:
- Deliver accurate information while maintaining call quality standards.
- Act on supervisor feedback to enhance performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts to cater to US clients.
- Preferred: Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or medical compensation processes.
