Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Contact Representative
to join our team in
Ahmedabad
. This is a
full-time, on-site role
where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
Assist the team in enhancing customer service processes and quality
Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Required Qualification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Patient, positive, and detail-oriented mindset
Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
Salary & Benefits
CTC:
₹26,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Night Shift Allowance:
Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week

Complimentary meals during shifts
Cab facility available between 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Temporary accommodation provided for 5 days for relocated candidates
Travel tickets from your place to Ahmedabad.
