Who we are:
We are an online retail business selling the world leading brands of motorcycle tyres to customers Australia wide. We are based in Kingsgrove, Sydney - located 3 mins walk from buses and 7 mins from trains.
The Role:
We are looking for a positive minded, enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant who enjoys dealing with customers and going the extra mile. You will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. You will thrive on finding solutions for customers and work well under pressure. While there are some ad hoc tasks, your primary objectives will be to:
Provide exceptional customer service
Take inbound calls, make outbound calls, and process documentation
Contact customers to advise of order updates
Maintain customer details via the CRM system
Liaise with suppliers
Email quotations to customers
Update website content
You Must Have:
Fluency in spoken English and be proficient in written communications
Minimum 3 years in a customer service role making inbound and outbound phone calls
Confident and friendly phone manner
Skills and Experience:
A positive attitude combined with a willingness to learn
Minimum of three years working experience in a customer-focused role in Australia
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time
Excellent English and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Computer skills
Independent decision-making capability and proactive problem-solving skills
Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
Ability to show initiative and work effectively in a busy environment
