Job Description
Ability to Handle Inbound calls, Live chat received either from the customer or a website visitor.
Provide introductory Demo to prospective customers while using frequently used case of apps.
Maintains & organize customer interaction records by updating account information and using internal tools & technologies
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and escalate the queries to CSM for further follow-ups.
Required Candidate profile
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Prior in hand experience in IT / Internet Industry is a plus.
Familiarity with US geography & SaaS is a plus.
