Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Services Team, reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader. Based in Ellerslie, with occasional travel to our Dad’s Pies site in Silverdale. The part-time position requires flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including Saturday shifts. This role offers variety, pace, and the chance to be part of a supportive, collaborative team.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and resolving customer and distributor queries
Managing and processing daily orders
Supporting Sales Order Management in line with business plans and customer expectations
Providing clear, timely communication to internal stakeholders and customers
Managing public holiday ordering, including adjustments and communications
Processing credit notes
Completing ad hoc administrative tasks as required
This is a busy role that requires great communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who has:
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Working knowledge of SAP and/or ABEL (advantageous but not essential)
Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks accurately
Excellent listening and communication skills, with a solutions-focused approach
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
