Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls to provide information and assistance.
Manage email correspondence ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services.
Record customer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues.
Refer unresolved customer issues to the designated call centre department or supervisor for resolution.
Shift patterns available:
Role 1 - 9:30 - 6 pm - Monday - Friday (Rotation roster of 1x Saturday shift every 4-6 weeks)
Role 2 - 7am - 6:30 pm - Sunday - Thursday roster (8 hour shifts)
Must have's:
A passion for building customer relationships and adding value to customers by identifying proactive sales and service opportunities
Eagerness to learn and committed to the shift patterns available
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers always
Good data entry skills
Team player focus
Have confidence in dealing with different customer enquiries.
Skills required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in call centre or retail environment favourable
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite
