Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our small business team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role will also be responsible for building and nurturing our online community, increasing brand awareness and increasing customer engagement across social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
Provide consistent engagement across social media platforms
Experience
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Experience managing personal or small-scale social media accounts with demonstrated success in growing engagement or followers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $1+.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
