Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in-store, online, and over the phone.
Assist customers with product enquiries, orders, delivery arrangements, returns, and after-sales support.
Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams regarding stock levels and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a smooth and positive purchasing experience.
Support general daily store operations as required.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Customer service experience preferred, especially in retail or furniture-related industries.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management or POS systems.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
