JOB PROFILE:
Responding to the customer requests over call/ChatEmail.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Transfer customer query to appropriate staff (as and when asked for).
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and
applications.
CANDIDATES PROFILE
10+2/10+ 2 years of Diploma cleared /Graduate/Post Graduate.
Good Communication Skills.
Patience - Ability to deal with difficult, escalated emails/calls.
Positive attitude.
SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS:
Salary ranges between Rs.15 k in hand for voice & 18 k in hand for email
