Designation: Customer Care Executive (work location - Ahmedabad)
Process - Email Support for US clients
Candidates are expected to relocate post lock down
Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Should have a typing speed of 25 - 30 words per minute
Must have ability to proactively understand customer issues and address it
Must have Customer Centric approach
Night shift - (7 PM to 4 AM or 08 PM to 05 AM)
Both Fresher's and Experienced Candidates (0-3 Years) are preferred
Experience in International Customer Care Domain will be an added advantage and preferred
Educational Qualification: Any Degree
Salary is negotiable as per the experience and skill set.
