Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Pune. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Duties include managing customer accounts, addressing and resolving complaints, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and handling Customer Inquiries
• Ability to address and resolve complaints effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
