We have 2 openings for Customer Service Representatives one opening for CSR- Punjabi (language), to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
Tele calling for different regions and Updating records on the Google sheet
Calling and Booking appointments with customers from the data provided of Fresh Leads
Informing through calls to the Business Development Managers about the appointments placed with the leads in case of urgency.
Contacting BDM's on WhatsApp and providing contact details of leads and appointment date and time via WhatsApp.
Following up with the Area Managers and Regional managers for updates on the leads assigned to them and updating the same on Google sheet.
Checking in case any BDM's have quit and updating the new BDM's name on Design data sheet (Google sheet)
Inquiring with design team about the current status of design of kitchen or wardrobe of a particular customer before calling that customer for enquiry.
Generating reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Calling and updating on the ERP system
Required Experience and Qualifications
Proficiency in English with good communication skills for Punjabi
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Fresher can Apply.
Proficiency in Punjabi language along with English is mandatory.
