Accurately review and enter customer orders for spare parts and whole goods.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and disputes in a courteous and efficient manner.
Provide timely updates and information on the status of customer orders
Maintain detailed documentation for all customer orders and interactions.
Enter and manage the call queue when working at your desk.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
Be available to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak times, seasonal demands, and statutory holidays.
Accomplish other tasks and serve as backup when needed
