Inbound calling process. Generating revenue from calls, online inquiries & convert into sales for flights, car rentals, package booking etc. B2C Process
Knowledge of destinations, fare check, alternate flights, exchange flights, date changes, refunds and cancellation of existing booking.
Experience in handling airlines calls, flight bookings (US, Mexico, Caribbean, Europe market)
Must possess excellent selling & negotiation skills
Meet monthly revenue generation targets
