Urgent Requirement in International Call Center
- HSC /Any Graduate
- Excellent communication Skills
- Fresher's are welcome
- Any International Voice process will be added advantage
- Should be comfortable with Night shift
Job Profile:
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
Shift Time: 8 PM - 5 AM
Saturday - Sunday Fixed Off
Salary : 30K
