Job Title: Customer Care & Sales Support Staff
Location: [Oshiwara, Andheri West, copp Oshiwara Bus stop]
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a female staff- dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care & Sales Support Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries regarding sales and delivery dates, resolve product-related issues, manage our website, and coordinate with vendors. We strongly encourage female candidates, especially 40 + females who want to get back to the work to also apply! We would be happy to have you part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Care:
Answer customer inquiries about sales and delivery dates via phone, email, and chat.
Provide assistance with product issues, including troubleshooting and processing returns or exchanges.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with order processing and follow-up.
Manage customer accounts and update order statuses.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
Website Management:
Update and maintain the company's website with the latest product information and promotions.
Ensure the website is user-friendly and functioning properly.
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements.
Vendor Management:
Liaise with vendors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or shipments.
Maintain positive relationships with all vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using typing, basic Excel & MS office is must
Shopify knowledge will be a huge plus.
Basic understanding of website management and content updates.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
elderly Female candidates, particularly those looking to rejoin the workforce after a family break.
Familiarity with online retail and vendor management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
