Rotational shifts-Yes
Working Days-5
Transport-Both Side - 500 will be adjusted from fixed in case of an agent taking the cab services
Both Side with deduction of 1000 from fixed.
Both Side with deduction of 500 in NOIDA
Education and Experience-UG / Any Grad with min 12 months of sales/upselling experience in any International voice domain. Grad with + to 12 months of relevant sales exp also eligible
Night Shift Allowance (basis night shifts)-NA
CTC-U1 , grad : + to 12 months relevant exp : 3.5 LPA.
U1 – Grad/UG with 12 - 18 months – up to 3.+ TCTC {Approx 25k ( fixed take home post deductions) + Variables)}, U2 ( grad/UG)- >18 months –up to 4.35 TCTC { Approx 28k (fixed take home post deductions +Variables)
Loyalty Bonus (LB) Amount - above CTC-10k Loyalty Bonus paid to Verizon agents after completion of 6 months and 12 months of employment.
Loyalty Bonus (LB) - Remarks-LB applicable for 1st year Only
Employment Bond-NA
Documents required post Selection basis which Offer can be released.
• All education Doc’s (10th,12th & Grad)
• All exp letter & last 3 months salary slips
• Aadhar card is must (with DOB, Father's Name and Address on it)
• One ID proof & address Proof
