Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking to add to our growing team. Ideally someone who is reliable, honest, a fast learner, hard worker, and who is hungry for a career with a growing company in an exciting and unique market. You will be answering customer phone calls, emails, processing online orders, taking in purchase orders & turning them into invoices, generating shipping labels and packing slips and working with customers throughout the order fulfillment process. You will be processing payments and preparing paperwork required for shipment. We will provide all the knowledge and training to communicate with our customers about all the products, services and intricacies of our business.
• Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails
• Work and manage active work items in queues
• Process online, phone and email orders for products
• Create and print shipping labels and documents
• Handle domestic and international shipping logistics
• Learn about our products and gain a good basic knowledge on how they are used.
• Perform duties in a safe manner and comply with all regulations and company policies
Skills and Requirements:
Must work well in a team environment and be able to follow directions from more experienced employees and managers. Must be attentive to detail and have a strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent and at least 21 years of .
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
• Location: inside an air-conditioned office and warehouse environment
• Casual work environment - we are a close knit team, we have fun but everything about what we do and what we make is serious, our customers safety depends on us. Attire is normal office attire or more casual.
• You must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
• You must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
• You must be able to sit, stand, squat, push, pull, walk, etc.
• You must have reliable transportation

• Quickbooks or other CRM/Accounting platform
• Customer account setups
• Answering phones
• Monday job/item tracking system
• Google Docs/Drive
• Mac OS, iMac etc.
• Shipping and shipping portals (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL etc)
• Domestic and international shipping logistics
• Invoicing, purchase orders, payment processing
• Warehouse environment, pulling stock, packaging, bundling
• Construction industry, manufacturing industry
