Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat
Build strong, lasting customer relationships and create unique experiences
Act as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating, promoting, and selling products to both new and existing clients
Promptly address customer requests within designated timeframes
Identify and report on customer satisfaction trends, both positive and negative
About You:
Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or sales roles
Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for learning and succeeding
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed
