Job Opening: Customer Service Representative (Day & Night Shifts)
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent English communication skills, are comfortable working in rotational shifts, and are looking for a stable position with a competitive salary, we want to hear from you!
Position Details:
Salary: Up to ₹17,000 per month
Shift Window: 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (any 8-hour shift within this window)
Off Days: Rotational 1 week off

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, email, or chat.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Key Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must.
Experience: Only candidates with prior experience in customer service/telecalling can apply.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (within the 7 AM to 12 AM window).
Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Additional Benefits:

Female employees will have a drop facility post 9:00 PM.
